There are more interior color options they just aren't on the configuration page. Have to talk to your dealer. |

This is probably the most attractive combination of exterior and interior colors. Great video!
The new M3 is a winner. |

A really bad puzzle... and I've heard it in person many times. Sounds very weak imo

I remember being a little underwhelmed when the F80 came out. Of course that wascafter years of listening to s65s in the e9xs but it grew on me. to the f80 owners, how does this compare to what you've gotten accustomed to?

For being a European model with the filters it sounds pretty good I'm sure the US version will be louder. I think the burbles pops and bangs should sound like the 2020 M340 with the MPE. I'm hoping they have another MPE exhaust that have the same design as the standard ones, the current design is extra ugly.

Awesome car, sounds ok but would still prefer a deeper exhaust note. The G80 pulls the colour combo off very nicely. I think a drop is in order then it will look 👌🏼

I know it needs to keep being repeated, but this has the euro sound filter (don't quote me on the term). If you're in the US, go listen to it in person.

BMW has lost its way. Had 6 of them in the last 12 years and moved on to a Porsche late last year. I hope they turn it around. Great fans...increasingly terrible cars.

I feel like they've made many improvements but at the same time they've lost some of the 'M' magic. I can't remember which reviewer said it but the new M3 now occupies a space the M5 used to. That's exactly how I feel and it's unfortunate. The M2 is now the M3 of old. But how long before that too receives the new 'M' treatment and becomes big, bloated and tech-focused. It's things like BMW stating the DCT was too expensive to develop... while sinking countless € into gesture control gimmicks... that no one wants. Just hope the M merger brings things full circle

BMW brings what the market demands. Unfortunately the big costumer range is not us, the little enthusiast. Only a few uf us really can actually afford a car in this price range. I don't earn bad and still it is a big investement in this car with financially absoloutely no return, I put this money in because I love this car. Ok so most buyers are wealthier people who don't want a raw and snappy beast which is hard to tame. They want Power, comfort, luxury. Basically all in one. All that for a reasonable price (if you have more dollars there are plenty of manufactor, Porsche f.E.) BMW was always about advanced tech. That's what they do, they try to make the best performance car which also includes all the other aspects, this is what the BIG BASE of the buyers want, not us. The big base. So we, or a lot of us let's say, want the raw BMW Power which we (well more you, this is my first owned M Car) know from BMW in the past, the magic, the myth. We all know the history of M car and especially the M3. Yes it came from the pure Motorsport car but times goes on and so does the costumer need change over time. BMW offers, imo, basically everything you want. You want a pure M car with lots of power and snappiness? M2C or M2CS is the way to go ! You want M Power and also comfort and some bits of luxury? M3/M4 are the way to go You want a monstrosity Engine with tons of luxury? M5/M8 is for you ! Yes, the M2 has taken the spot the M3 was with all the E Series up to E90. And it's OK, let's just call it a different name instead of M3 now it is the M2. I don't know what the G87 will be, but the F87 and damn also the F80/F82 offer what some people here want, what is wrong just sticking with the F? You always need the newest gadget ? Hell i'm already calculating how the hell I can afford in about 2 yrs an additional BMW M, I want the M2CS in my garage next to my M3 G80 ! M3 and M4 offer the best allround experience, if you create an allrouder you always have to make compromises. The only REALLY negative point from the tech view is the ZF Gearbox. But again, BMW is a company as everyone else and they also need to cut cost...and the engineers well might thought the ZF can deliver the needed performance and for sure this Gearbox is pretty good, altough the rawness of the DCT is lost with it, unfortunately. But the big mass wants comfort driving, not snappy DCT on low speed which, let's be honest, will be driven most on low speed (traffic) Keep in mind BMW is a damn big company, there are not a bunch of idiots trying to figure out how the f*** they can annoy their costumer, they do what they best can: build great cars ! |
