Did BMW start doing this again? In 2018 my SA said they stopped (because I got an insane deal on my 2015 M235 due to MSDs...)

If this came back, I'd much rather put money into MSDs vs cap cost reduction if I choose to lease.

They're doing them, but I don't know if its as beneficial as it used to be.

Hey Jason, any chance we could get money factor included in this list on a regular basis?

Thanks for assembling this - very useful bargaining tool!

Just talked to my CA and he said the M3 dropped a percent from 55 to 54 on the residual and the money factor went up! He said it is not leasing well currently (obviously). With current finance rates at 0.9 for 60 that may be the best route to go if you don't mind buying. He said it's 2.99 for 72. I know so many lease these things but damn that's a lot of money to lease.

What term are you taking about? M3 residual for 36/10 stayed the same at 57%.

Can someone share the BMW Select rate for this month? Is it also 0.9% and is the residual balloon the same as lease?

Yes, it's 0.9, but the balloon could be a higher rate... depending on the rate when the initial term ends, at the time you want to refinance that balloon amount. It's generally not the promotional APR either... something higher. Keep in mind too, as I understand it, BMW is figuring the 0.9 into the entire purchase price (inc balloon amt), not just the amount you are making payments on.

CA told me it dropped to 54%. That was for 36/12. Don't know anymore than that. Either he doesn't know what he's talking about or lying. I'll have to ask him again.

Okay. So it was 54% like he said but for 36/15. Thanks for the information. Either way still not great.

No, not great at all, but he should have given you the correct 56% for 12k.

825m bicolor wheels are honestly the best you can get. They look great on every color. Really brightens the car up with some pop. I wanted to have a classy looking car so a light 30 tint all around and 50 in the windshield will be bam.

I ordered a well spec'd manual car that just finished production (5-6 weeks out). I decided to go another route, so the car is available. It's headed to South Florida.
Msrp $80k - Brooklyn Grey w/Kyalami Orange
Deal is at $500 off MSRP before incentives.

Obviously this isn't a killer deal, but manual cars are few and far in between. I'm sure it won't last long.

If interested please PM.

What is everyone paying?

I am planning on ordering a G83. My dealership has about 6-7 G82s on the lot and I think they have just moved 1 or 2 of them in the past month. Before I place an order for the G83 in early Summer, I'm sure they will tell me that MSRP is the price. Are the dealers starting to come off MSRP on the G82 yet? I'm wondering if I should just wait until Spring since I live in Chicago and can't put the top down anyway in the Fall/Winter.

Have not seen too much movement from dealers... maybe a bit in more rural areas, but brokers are the best way to go. The RWD cars will likely pull back a bit in a few months (especially if they've been sitting for too long), and when the AWD and G83's arrive … then those will move into the full MSRP spot for a while.
