Due at signing...typically could included first payment, reg/plate, any cap reduction/down payment, upfront tax, etc.

Dealers will try to play games with a high DAS to show a lower payment.

As long as your credit is stellar you can calculate and get a payment with any DAS that you want. $0, $1000, etc.

If you go to Edmund lease forum for make/model you can get/ask for RV on any standard mileage...typically 12K miles is 1% less than 10K and 15K is 2% less than 12K.

Typically 2% less on 15K as compared to 12K.

They really try it all the time.
Was not the best buying experience tbh.
Ahh the “phone call”. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of the finance office at any car dealership without them making that “call”. What a joke.

Got any more details?

The dealer had this car on the floor? Base as in 6MT? All the carbon goods and special order color?

It was a car a customer had ordered but they got an individual color allocation and ordered another car.

6MT all the carbon goodies buckets exterior pack and all. Includes port install HAS and carbon splitter. Portimao on orange full interior

I'm looking to order an M3 in the next couple months... Looking back through the thread it looks like some folks are getting 4-5% below MSRP. Not sure if those were for vehicles already on the dealer lots....

I'd appreciate any insight. I'm in a small market (Hawaii) but don't mind ordering from a dealership on the Mainland.

M3 is selling right at MSRP (some dealers are still trying to tack on ADMs), and very few people have been able to get a few $k below. M4 is 4-5%+ below MSRP.
