Is there an option for 7.5k miles per year on a M3 Comp X? If so, what are mf and residual?

I have a G80 on order. Should be here by Jan/Feb 2024. Any predictions on BMWFS rates will change over the next few months? I locked in at 5.29%

Doesn’t BMW usually have more incentives towards the end of the year to drive sales?

In this environment I don’t foresee them being much different than today, and IF the Fed increases rates again next month, it’s more likely most auto manufacturers will be forced to also increase their rates.

That looks right from the offers currently posted for October. I’ve seen 1199 with normal 10k annual miles so assuming the difference is the 2k extra annual mileage.

End of year Bmw and the dealership have better deals to meet end of year numbers/goals.

Yep, they'll do what they can to beat MB numbers.

With the market shifting what deals off of MSRP are people getting right now on new M3 orders?

Dealer gave me 6.29% for 72. Still horrible, but I could not find a better rate anywhere else.

The market is collapsing. If you can wait a little longer, you'll be rewarded.

Hoping so - Got a few months left of my wife's M440 lease and would love to score a killer deal on a new M4 convertible for her. They are certainly piling up on dealer lots.

Is M3 market collapsing as well? When I got mine last year, I was told that M3 is more popular than M4 and they had more M4 allocation and inventory. I wonder if the situation is still the same now.

There is no “collapse” in the G80 M3 market (yet). From what I’ve seen most are still going for MSRP or a very tiny (<1%) discount.

Demand still > supply shifting to maybe starting to = supply in a few markets. Allocations are sometimes available immediately and at most in the 3-9 month timeframe.

G82 and G83 are different. There are deals to be had on both of those. Allocations are readily available.

From my experience shopping around most dealers remain firm on MSRP on G80s. Has anyone received a discount on the east coast?

This is my experience as well in Nassau County - 1 dealer even wanted a premium to order. I put a deposit down on a G80 with MSRP $92,745 as optioned. The dealer anticipates an allocation just after the new year with delivery late March give or take. I dont really want it until April anyway - there will be a 500 year blizzard in April the day after I pick it up. Thats my luck.

On the other hand the deposit is refundable until I pick up the car so there is room to haggle down the road.
