The idea of this threat is to gather only times from cars on pump gas. I took over the maintainance of the data at some point.
I will create a new threat for the fastest times on Ethanol, because more and more people are switching to E-mix. (Myself including ). So everyone not running on pure pump gas can show their times. This is the new threat: https://g80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1964046 Last edited by destoyan; 10-21-2022 at 01:33 AM.. |

I’ve gone 10.5 with a 600lb heavier X3m with stock filters and stock catted pipes. To achieve a good time using E in a G series M, I think you have to be well into low 10’s. |

93 Octane Racechip GTS Black Map 6 / xHP Trans Stage 3 (will post custom settings in pictures) Akraprovic Catted DP, Remus Race Axle-back, Valvetronic Mid, Armaspeed Carbon Intake 20" BCForged EH173 / PS4s 285/30/20-305/30/20 Pavement (Street) OEM Launch Control 2nd Gear Can anyone tell me if this is ass like I think it is? Secondly, I'm having a problem with launch control; I obviously active it, and it's preparing and upon when it's time to release brake, I do - it lurches forward and then sounds like it looses all boost and then regains it and just starts slow. 0 butterflies/0 torque. Wheels are hot at 115 faren. |

Try switching your RaceChip off and using a stock XHP settings with Stage 3 (there was a new XHP update 2 days ago - might be worth flashing that) - I bet you will get the same time if not better

For Throttle Closure Issues, All G8x have throttle closures, hooking just requires a nice burnout

I did a few runs at Import Alliance in Beech Bend, Kentucky this last weekend. I'll have to grab the slips and get them on here but my best was ..
1.676 60' 4.721 330 7.219 1/8 99.27 MPH 9.356 1000 11.151 ET 125.96 MPH This was on pump 93.. For those with JB4 and RC.. make sure your DSC is off obviously because that will cause throttle closures.
