So the standard M callipers are the exact same part as the CCB callipers?

So that means the CCB callipers will look identical to the standard callipers?!

Just went 182-Awaiting carrier assignment today, my production date is 5/31 and that hasn't changed so hopefully everything goes quickly from here on out. i'm a shorter boat ride than the west coasters since my port of entry is baltimore. i can't wait!

edit: just checked again and now says dispatched from the factory.

Mine is at the port, been there for about 3-4 days so I imagine it will be in Transit soon. Dealers says they have a bunch of cars that will be on this ship. I opted for a pickup at the BMW Performance Center in SC. Here you get a tour of the BMW Factory and they let you track a similar car along with some other ride along sessions. Cant wait!

RajFL do you know what your production date was? how long did in transit was it from the factory to the port. just trying to get a gauge on how much longer this excruciating wait is.

Don’t know the production date but I can tell you In Transit to port was a handful of days maybe a week max.

Ask your CA or call BMW Genius hotline.

CA can pull it up in seconds. With genius you might be on hold for a little bit and I believe they are closed on weekends.

bmw has said production will be limited to 1700-2000 cars. depends on demand and production capacity of those i would guess the US market would get a little over 40% of those cars based off the F80 CS. 500-550 made it to the US from a total of 1200 for the F80CS. so based off the F80 i'd say 700-800 cars bound for the US. 366 BMW dealerships in the US. i know every BMW dealer got 1 to start. Production started in march and BMW i believe said production would only run a year. i don't know how BMW will allocate the second half of cars, perhaps by volume of M cars sold. but i do think there will be another round of allocations. from what i've seen on the forums i haven't seen any build weeks past 44 so there probably is still some space in production for more cars. all conjecture for now though

Not sure how accurate the 1700-2000 cars is.

In the U.K the car has been removed of the configurator so it’s sold out and implies no more cars coming.

In the U.K only around 100 cars.
