I had Pirelli on my E92 and i thought they gripped really well. That car handled anything I threw at it. Only complaint I had was I went through my first set of tires in 12000 miles. I was also 26 and drove that car hard at all times haha

Don’t lose hope yet, if not multiple ships leaving to the east coast this week. Week 14 caught the huge gap in the schedule.

I’m week 16 and had been at the port since April 18.

Genius said this morning that my car hasn’t been assigned to a vessel yet. Feeling bad it’s not on Donnington but hoping it leaves yet this week!

Well, not that correlation equals causation, but if I recall correctly, you were also doing PCD?

Starting to get the feeling we might be on to something. I've been at Port since the 14th, although that's the date I saw it flip, so it should have been there a bit earlier.

Yes, planning on doing PCD. A thought crossed my mind to cancel it and get the car a few weeks earlier, but I think it’s worth doing the experience in SC for a few more weeks of waiting. Also still thinking there will be plenty of warm weather to enjoy - my estimate is mid-late June for delivery.

I have no problem waiting, and the only reason I'm here now is that I wanted a 2024 over a 2025.

I've always wanted to do PCD, so there's no backing out now. I knew there would be delays, but I'm in no rush. I only want to know so I can carve out time in my schedule to make the flight there and drive back without any conflicts in my schedule.

They will give you at least 2 weeks of heads' up before the delivery is scheduled. Perhaps even 3 weeks. And you will love the PCD experience, although the factory tour is not included for now, I encourage you to book/visit on your own time if available - it's an amazing experience and pretty impressive view into lean manufacturing and production engineering.
