My Dad’s friend had a Brown Mercedes 300D back in the 80’s about that color, I thought it looked like Poop then and still do. He got rid of it for a barf green one a couple years later. I saw they made a piss yellow one too around that time? Why?

But as a now Middle Aged Man with much more discerning tastes in everything than I had in my 20s and 30s, I appreciate unigue and non vanilla type shit. In fact... There was a time where I thought Grey on cars was bland and generic. Today I own a Brands Hatch Grey M8GCC and a Donnington Grey X5MC. So yeah... I view the world much differently these days and appreciate far more than I used to.

The problem with the new brown p-cars is the brown works when it's elegant simplicity and there's nothing simple or elegant about a GT3RS. It's a racer for the road. Very busy and it clashes with all the fucking tweed.

Macadamia Brown is beautiful. I have seen many Porsches in that color but there was this one 991.2 Turbo and the owner had a wonderful correction and polish done…..oooh lala.

Some years ago -- circa late 2008/early 2009 -- looking at used 911s. Found a couple in Macadamia Brown. A very striking color. I was seriously tempted.
But decided to buy a new 2008 Cayman S. Oh, new Cayman S was in Speed Yellow with black leather interior. |

Firmly disagree. Metallic Paint has so much depth, mystery, and color shifting. It essentially took paint to a different level.
Now Matte or Flat Paint can vanish for all I care. I've owned Mineral White and now own Brands Hatch Grey and Donnington Grey. I will never return to one dimensional paint.
