2024 M4xC need TPMS sensors for new wheels

What TPMS sensors are you all using that work with the G80/82 models? My new wheels will be here around the end of the month so I need to source new TPMS sensors for the new wheels.

Also is the BMW G82 self learned or do you need to program the new TPMS sensors to the vehicle?

I am wanting to find OE style that report tire pressure and tire temps along with having metal valve stems.

Thanks in advance... Todd

I'm running these valves/sensors.

You'll need to relearn the TPMS sensors through the i-drive. You need to drive around and go a decent speed.

Thank you!

And they report PSI and temperature? Glad to hear the iDrive will sync to them and pick them up on its own.

I fail to comprehend the purpose of this post.

You can simply purchase the BMW Original Equipment Specification tire pressure sensors, which I highly recommend. I would not recommend going aftermarket. I apologize if I come across as rude, but I genuinely don’t understand why you wouldn’t use the OEM TPMS sensors, which are designed to be reliable and won’t cause any issues.

Because there is zero reason to spend $200 each for the OE sensors from the dealer.

TPMS . com sells just about every sensor you can image for vehicles, from OE to the aftermarket who make the OE sensors.

My question was more geared towards which ones have other users used and are known to work correctly and if they will self program which the above commentor has confirmed for me.

So now I have found OE style sensors that report PSI and temperature for $140 for the set instead of the insane $800 that my local dealer wants for OEM sensors.

Yep, reports both PSI and temp just like OEM ones.
