Well the Sirius Highway docked last night after midnight. With the holiday this week the dealer said expect delivery possibly next week. 🤪

Well my car is at the port of Galveston, just got off the Sirius Highway today! The ship did stop at Brunswick for a day Even though it wasn’t on the spreadsheet for KLine just fyi.

Google Maps satellite images actually shows Hawaiian Highway where it is right now.

And Hawaiian Highway is on the move now! VesselFinder has the destination port listed as Brunswick currently, but that doesn't track with the schedule published by K Line. I was able to get the BoL# for my car from my sales rep, and once that shows up in the K Line system it should show which way it's going.

See below. It will most likely stop at Brunswick first. I was told BMW is trying to ship end of year vehicles so more stops. I meant to add “unfortunately” 😞😀.

Thanks! Based on the timetable for Sirius Highway vs actual, I expect our Galveston arrival will slip by a few days depending on how fast they can squeeze a Brunswick stop in.

Napkin math:
For comparison, W&W schedules show 5-6 days from Brunswick to Galveston. 11 days estimated from ZB to Brunswick, 1 day in port there, then 5 to Galveston puts us arriving around Dec 20.

Sometimes napkin math works out. The BoL that my dealership provided me for my car finally went thru in KLine's system. Estimated arrival for Hawaiian Highway to Galveston is Dec 20, 21:00. I'll keep an eye on it and update if it shifts significantly one direction or another.

I have an M4 with a status of "at the port" that was dropped off by the Sirius Highway on 11/26. Anyone else still awaiting a carrier assignment/pending pick up? BMW genius says it was "handed off to the carrier who will transport your vehicle to your dealer on 11/27/24".
The app doesn't even show "In transit"
Is it possible to find out who the carrier is? Thanks!

I believe your sales person should be able to see who the carrier was assigned to. What part of the country is your car going to? When my sales person sent me a picture of the screen, it had the auto transport company on it that it was assigned.

It's going to El Paso. Hmmm well you would think he would have ETA and would have told me. But he doesn't seem to know. I'll have to ask him if he knows the carrier. I mean he should know right lol.

Quick update on Hawaiian Highway - she's moving across the Atlantic, lost a little time against the scheduled arrival if the estimate here is to be believed. Turns out it's hard to get your normal cruising speed when you're trying to push a gigantic brick into 25 knots of headwind...
