I did took off the caliper pins in the front and regreased them and seems to helped.

the squeak only happens when the pads warm up and when I’m coming to a full stop.

I also did notice the rotors initially had a darker brown glaze which I’m assuming is the break in material and now glaze is starting to wear off after a few hard stops,

Wil keep ya posted. I also had a similar issue on my m340 on the same pads

What was your installation and bed-in procedure?

I installed from home, followed all the appropriate steps, greased all the parts and even did service mode for the rears.

There is no bed in procedure for this pad per instructions from EBC so I haven’t done anything. They said it should bed itself after first 100 miles

I have recently removed and regreased the caliper pins for the front and it seems to have helped.

Last few days of driving haven’t really had noise. The only time Iv been having noise is when driving for a while so the pads are heated up and when I’m coming to a full stops but it has been minimal

I also noticed that there has been this brownish glaze on the rotors which I’m guessing is that bed in material. Perhaps as that wears off the noise should subside.

The EBC coating does help with bed-in, but a proper traditional bed-in should be performed. After you are done, your rotor should look gray/purple and not shiny.

Don't use just any grease. We use this at our shop on all regular brake services and installing performance brake pads. Try to find something similar: https://amzn.to/3XX9Kzy

It will vary between the different pads.

For a mild street pad like the Redstuff, you want to bring it up to temperature slowly. Get to about 60-65, apply 80% brake pressure, and slow down to 10-15. Do not come to a complete stop; otherwise, you might get some material transferred to the rotor where the pads rest. Do that about half a dozen times and cool everything down without touching the brakes for 5-10 minutes on the highway. Take a look at your rotor. You want to see purple/gray, nothing shinny at all. Repeat the process until you get the rotors to be that color.

Should I wait for 100 miles to do this or I can do it now?

Interested BMW official procedure (posted on another thread here) specifically states do NOT grease the pins.

Why don't you wait and see if the noise goes away after 100 miles? If not, perform the bed-in procedure.

Did this and bedded the pads and no noise!!! Thanks a lot!

It took at least 15 hard stops 😅

It could take longer to bed-in since conditions vary. Glad you got it sorted out!

I am si disappointed in the ebc red. They needed to have a bit grinding off from the top and bottom to be seated, after 2k miles they still squeal and thile bite is definitely less then oem.

I’ve had the exact opposite experience with the ebc red stuff. I’ve had zero squeal and the bite has been better than stock. These pads have been able to stop me just fine and I’m on a custom stage 2 flex tune.

Some of EBS pads I received had a very thick layer of paint on both sides. That makes them a tight fit inside caliper, which could likely causes issues including nosies.

The solution is simple. I sanded the edge a tiny bit to make sure they can fit like oem before installation. Many flat rate techinicans love to cut corners when they deal with aftermarket parts. Find better guy or do it yourself like most of us.
