Hey y'all! Stupidly bought an M4 Comp last month without active cruise control and as someone who commutes from OC to LA 4-5x a week its been brutal. Thought I'd be able to handle it but I definitely feel dumb paying this much for a car that doesn't have a feature I really need.

My loss is your gain! Car has been absolutely babied since I've had it, never put over 4.5K RPMS, garaged whenever its not driven. I have the break-in service scheduled for next Friday.

have you asked dealer what they can do? i bought an X3M a few years ago and after two weeks decided i hated it, they basically took it back at full price and got me into something better. see what they say, you might be surprised.

Hey! Yeah, no dice tbh. Called around everywhere and all dealers are lowballing the hell out of me. I've tried trading them in for cars they have on the lot as well. One dealer even told me they sell M4's for 10% under invoice to try to get me to desperately sell.

M4’s do sell for under MSRP, they don’t hold their value nearly as well as the M3. And your spec isn’t going to be as desirable, due to no buckets. Unfortunately you’re going to lose quite a bit of money on this.

Yeah not looking pretty so far haha, worst case I'm just gonna deal with the lack of ACC honestly. Not trying to compound the mistake, I love the thing beyond missing that one feature so its not all bad at all!
