I have been able to add the vehicle to the My BMW app and it shows up along with a walk around and interior view, pretty neat feature.
Has been in painting for the past 2 weeks.
Also able to download the manuals, that should waste some time.

Picked up the car on Friday and going for PPF/Ceramic next Monday 9/09.
What is interesting is that it is still running iDrive 8 and goes back to the dealer on September 16 to update to 8.5, apparently not uncommon with the changeover period such as for an LCI.

Drove the car from Melbourne to Brisbane, top down almost the whole way and with the wind deflector up it was super nice, could even talk on the phone with my wife.
Rolled it into the Brisbane dealer right on 1,980km for its 2,000km service.
I can recommend Brisbane BMW, the technician introduced himself as did the service manager and later I received a full video of the under car inspection.
The car is even more AWESOME after the service and everything in Sport + is an intoxicating sound, the downshifts almost are almost DCT like. (I still have a M2 Comp in Melbourne).
I love the car…the best M yet!
