CCBs and 19” front wheels .... same issue as the F8x?

I know the G8x is very new to consumers, but what are the real world results of CCBs and the 19” front wheels.

Both my F8x’s with CCBs have gouged the front 19’s when a pebble gets caught between the calliper and the wheel ....

I think there will still be the same problem. I have just picked up mine with CCB and the clearance is minimal. I had CCB on my F80 before and did experience small gouges from rocks or pebbles stuck between the caliper/wheel.

Yup. That’ll be an issue...

On the f8x, you can run 18” front wheels with CCB rotors if you machine ~2 mm of material away from the caliper in two areas. The wheel shown in the picture is from the f87 factory-built CSR racecar 513M forged wheels.
