All else being equal I would have wanted a sunroof, but I'm 6'6" and need the extra headroom, so CF roof it is.

Though I am the same size, I tend to drive with the seat all the way down toward the floor and all the way back, which is perfectly fine. That said I am absolutely sure thanks to some recent time at the track in various borrowed wheels that the M3 sunroof (sort of like the standard ceiling height of a GR86) goes from perfectly fine to unusable when I put on a helmet.

I suppose if I had a cf that would mean I could raise my seat a bit and give kids behind me more foot room.

I just wanted a metal roof.
I hate sunroofs (hole in roof=bad idea)
I went CF because I hate sunroofs and USDM doesn’t offer metal roof.
