G80 Status Confusion: BMW Connect vs. Sales Associate Info

Hey everyone, bit of a strange one here. I've been tracking my G80 through the BMW Connect app, and the current status shows that it's still "at the port." However, I just got a text from my sales associate at the dealership saying that my car is actually at the railhead and en route to Winnipeg. He estimates it’ll be here in about 3-4 weeks.

Has anyone else experienced something like this, where the app’s tracking info doesn’t match up with what the dealership is saying? I’m assuming the sales associate has more detailed info, but it’s a bit confusing. Would love to hear if anyone’s been through this!

The app's info is more delayed than what they can see in their internal system.
