Good People Making Bad Decisions - Repercussions!

I just want to share this here as I see more than few posts that relates to silly actions on the street. I hope more people take it to the track and leave it on the track. The story is genuinely sad

I am sorry about that. I could not fix it, so I put the link to the original post at Rennlist, I hope it works from there.

An estimated 42,500 deaths from motor vehicle crashes in the United States in 2022.

So he's certainly not alone in being culpable behind the wheel.

And before shaming anyone else for their costly mistake, I'm looking at myself in the mirror.

This also just appear today in my Instagram account and another good reminder. I understand Angeles Crest is a popular road outside of LA for spirited driving. Everyone was lucky this time.

I really have no sympathy for these people. Too many people in the world today only thinking about themselves and not taking a moment to reflect on their decisions or how going 120 in a 60 could kill someone.

It’s ok to take a buddy for a ride and show off some performance accelerating onto on on ramp. But drifing in a city street? FFS

Thanks for sharing this story, it's important to keep things in perspective and remind us that these machines kill easy.

Save it for the track!

I can say this, having lived in LA for several years: Angeles Crest runs alongside some sheer 100+ foot drops, and has no guardrails at parts. It is not the place for touge type racing…

It doesn't help that you have YouTubers using it as a proving ground and getting pissed when they run up on people just driving the speed limit.
