I am in the market for a 22-23 G80 base.

I'm pretty flexible on exterior colors and most interior colors(except black).

Lasers are a plus
No buckets - as those carry a premium
M drive professional - huge plus
19 and 20 wheel size a major plus also

I have been looking through the forums, autotrader, cargurus, cars.com and FB and the dealerships are charging insane amounts for a '22 or '23...somehow the '24's are the ones that are the best 'deals' but those are out of my budget.

I'd much rather buy from an enthusiast, don't trade it in to your local stealership and work with me so we can have a transaction that's beneficial to both sides.

I am willing to travel anywhere in the US, which is why I'm posting this in all the regional forums. My apologies if you see this cross-posted.

All over the place -

IOMG '24 for ~70, toronto red '24 for 75, individual RB '24 for 74.
There are a couple of '23s on the classifieds here for around that. AW '23 for 72.5 and a few others.

Just as a data point, I bought my '23 AW G80 base for $71.5K from a private seller in February. Agree with your approach about finding a car through a private sale from an enthusiast, much better / easier transaction than have to work with dealerships. My exact car would have been over $7-8K more AFTER negotiating if went through dealer.

100 percent, and I guarantee the dealership would have offered much lower than what you paid for that car to the seller.

I've only talked to 3 dealerships so far and I was really frustrated because not only are they not willing to negotiate and sit on these cars for months, but they add all kinds of ridiculous upgrades like lowjack or ceramic coat etc
