[DFW] BMW Plano/Grapevine SA Recommendation Needed
Anyone have an SA recommendation for who to work with when bringing in the car for basic warranty/maintenance items?
There is one at Autobahn BMW who seems great but its a bit much of a drive unless Grapevine or Plano are a miserable experience for service. |

BMW of Plano... "Classic" sold to Sewell a couple of years ago. Their service got pretty tamed down once Sewell took over. They used to tune cars, and were VERY mod friendly, but once their new owner took over that all went away.
I have no doubt they are still a great service department, but I highly doubt you'll get to have a modded car treated the same way it used to be treated. Best of luck, whichever dealership you choose for your service/parts dealership. |

So Grapevine BMW is Sewell... They also own the old Classic BMW in Plano. Same owner for both locations. I would say Autobahn is probably more "mod" friendly currently. Honestly as expensive as these cars are getting, and with over the air updates, it's going to get more difficult to find a truly mod friendly dealership moving forward.
