Brake system malfunction

I changed the front brakes on my car and instantly got 4 warning notifications
1. Brake system malfunction
2. Chassis stabilization
3. Speed limiter
4. Support from driver assistance reduced

Front brakes are not braking right the pedal feels stiffer and now it makes a clicking sound.

I’d say you did something wrong then. Pad change isn’t difficult at all… what did you fuck up on?
