M4 CSL | Moton 2 Way Suspension w/Remote reservoirs installed | Review

Re: M4 CSL | Moton 2 Way Suspension w/Remote reservoirs installed

I'll start by saying,
I'm overly excited & satisfied with the new suspension setup.
I've driven approx 1000KM on them to date
Smooth & bumpy roads | HWY Speeds | Low speeds etc.
They are flawless - I enjoy my rides tight & firm.
Your able to dial in this suspension as you like
15 bumps of adjustment on rebound & compression at your finger tips.

Ordering:
I placed my order with PSI (Precision Sport Industries)
They were amazing
PSI's knowledge, service, and follow up during the ordering/shipment process was incredible. I would highly recommend.

MOTON's
The quality of materials used is amazing.
It's no surprise why MOTON is the leader in the business.
Remote reservoirs that look amazing and make adjustments very simple | Quick release lines on the front
15 positions of adjustments for Rebound & 15 positions for compression.
Top mounts included
I did choose to retain the individual OEM STYLE / Rear setup
Strut is separate from spring in the rear. Not a true coil over design.
This car will primarily be driven on the streets - improved comfort in this format.

Install
Install process was seamless - MOTON provides everything needed.
External cannisters mounting position is trial & error
I did a bunch of test fits prior to install
Really happy with the final outcome.

Ride Quality:
AMAZING!
I like a nice tight/frim ride. Rebound & compression adjustments take 0.1 seconds to adjust. The adjustments points are very accessible & changes can be made/felt immediately.

I made slight adjustments to ride stiffness.
I will be lowering the front 1-2 turns this week since it's now settled.
Alignment will be done in the next 1-2 weeks.

I am really happy with the setup.

They do look amazing and Moton's reputation speaks for itself. I know it's dependent on individual setup, but how are they for daily usability? Is there a stock setting (i.e. sport, sport+) that can compare from a firmness perspective?

Did you code out the EDC or use a cancellation module?

How do these compare to AST, MCS, or Nitron?

From what I've experienced thus far - 1000KM after install
You can really adjust the ride as firm or soft as you'd like.
The CSL from factory rides quite stiff - this can be replicated or dialed down based on your personal choices. 15 clicks of adjustment for both rebound and compression.

The biggest thing I forgot to mention - These have the capability to go really low if your into that appearance - My rear height for example is set to nearly its highest setting with plenty of room to go lower if desired

Coded Out - Simple way - I had the EDC Delete kit on my G83 and I feel the coding aspect is definitely the easier solution

AST is MOTON
AST acquired MOTON years ago

I have never dealt with Nitron/MCS

My experience with these MOTONs has been amazing.
I would never deviate from their brand (AST/MOTON) after experiencing this quality.

That's great, appreciate the insight. I run MP HAS with the full CS coding suite so I'd imagine it's the same feeling as a CS/CSL just purely from a comfort - stifness standpoint.

I'm mostly interested in case the stock shocks give up the ghost at some point and would then move to coilovers most likely!

No clearance issues with the hood with the way you have the remote reservoirs mounted?

No issues in that exact spot - Move them up or down 1cm each way and it will rub.. Several test fits completed prior to install to ensure they would fit in that spot
