I am am wondering is anyone else has experienced this issue. I owned a 2022 M3. I noticed a ticking/clicking noise when making turns at low speed. It sounded like it was coming from the front driver side wheel. It kinda sounds like the tick of a watch or clock. Only when the wheel is turned to the right at low speed could I hear it and could hear it better with window down. The faster the wheel spends the faster the tick.
Took it to the dealership and they replaced my front driver side bearing. Maybe a few months later and I heard it again. The dealer replaced the bearing again. Nov 2023 I sold my 2022 M3 and purchased a 2024. I heard the same ticking noise and took it to the dealer maybe 2 months ago. Tech said he couldn't hear it. Took it back again as the sound was still noticeable like a month ago. They ended up replacing both front bearings. They said the tech noticed both were making weird noise. Today I noticed the ticking sound again. Has anyone had this issue with their G80 M3? Is it just me? I never had this problem on a car before. I don't think it is because of my driving. I don't want to keep running to the dealer. |

The car is drivable but the ticking can be heard when turning at lower speed and in parking garages the tick bounces off the wall so gets a bit louder. |

Im not sure your case is similar to mine, for my case, the mechanic guy cleaned my brake pad caliper, sound is gone after. Now when washing my car, i make sure i use the hose to spray directly between caliper & brake disc.. small stones will create this ticking sound.

Yup. Pretty simple. Call your service department. Tell them your problem. Tell them you have a TSB you found that sure looks like what might be your problem. Take it in and they will fix it. As long as you are not lowered. If you are lowered, you might have to go back to stock to get it fixed. Depends on your relationship with your dealer.
