Talking Burger Tuning BMS Billet Tips for BMW G80 M3 & G82 G83 M4 **NEW PRODUCT**

Upgrade your G8x Factory M Exhaust Tips to Larger BMS Billet Custom Tips

The BMS angle cut billet 4.5" exhaust tips are the perfect choice for dressing up your factory M exhaust outlets. 27% bigger than stock these unique billet tips are sure to turn heads. Our tips are equipped with set screws so they go on easily and stay in place.

Available in ceramic matte black and polished Silver Billet. The ultimate exhaust finish ceramic coating can withstand extreme temperatures up to 1200 degrees and provides a durable and great looking finish that rivals OEM quality and longevity. Made in the USA.

Not for use with M-Performance exhaust systems or X3m/X4M.

S58 G8x Exhaust Tips Applications

BMW M3
• 2021+ S58 G80 BMW M3
• 2021+ S58 G80 BMW M3 Competition

BMW M4
• 2021+ S58 G82 BMW M4
• 2021+ S58 G82 BMW M4 Competition

Available in 2 styles. Sold in sets of 4.
• Angle Cut Ceramic Matte Black
• Angle Cut Polished Silver Billet

To install remove your factory tips by pounding outward on the lower rear part of the tip with a screwdriver/chisel and either a rubber mallet or a hammer. This is done from under the rear of the car. Small to medium taps will start the factory tip sliding off the actual exhaust pipe. You can spray some lubricant in there to make it easier if needed. Slide the BMS slip-on exhaust tip straight over the factory exhaust pipe and tighten the set screws. We recommend using some blue thread locker. Note the slots on the BMS tips are for visual alignment purposes only. They will not completely engage with the factory dowels on the factory pipes.

These look great! Something to think about when my car arrives. I have the BMS tips on my current F82!

If you're using a spray paint then it should come out clean. Just make sure you prep your surface for a smooth finish. Remember to use a clear coat to protect your finish. That's how I fixed my curb rashed wheels.

Seems that way. Looks like they only made the walls thicker, increasing the outer diameter.

We sold a few but most of our customers upgrade their exhaust not just the tips

Not a fan of these. Too chunky/thick looking IMHO. Reminds me of the stovepipe on my buddy's Traeger smoker grill. I'm sure quality is great, as BMS always delivers, but from an aesthetic perspective, it could have been done better.

I know this is an older thread, but I am just now thinking about these as I opted to only replace my midpipe and not the stock rear exhaust. Are these easy to install for a not super handy person?!!
