Hey Guys

Quick question, I got my Allocation for my g80 with status 111, Friday 07/28 and when the order was put in it showed the standard black color... the Individual color was submitted on 08/01 and the production tracking updated to the individual color today 08/03, does that mean they already approved the color?

Whats the usual timeframe at this point?

I would recommend giving BMW Genius a call: 18444436487 and see if they have a build week.

When the dealer submitted my individual it was approved that same day and Genius was able to provide an updated build week from the initial allocation.

My individual color selection “only” pushed the build by 3 weeks but obviously that’s just one part of the waiting game.

What does your tracking page look like now? I too submitted for an IC, on 7/31. My page changed to BSM, but it does not say that a special color has been approved.

The MyGarage page will just reflect what the order is in with the AG/BMW. You can check the status by looking at the developer options or using the chrome extension.

Usually, when you change to an individual color, you'll be sent back to status 102, until it gets approved, then 111 again. It took about 2-3 weeks to go from 102 to 111, then another week or 2 to 112. 150 will happen a week to 2-3 weeks before your build date.
