This this somewhat captures what Im talking about at the 7-8 second mark.
I hear what you are talking about. I've never noticed that before. I'll have to listen for it. For me I guess I'm just talking about the exaggerated loudness of that whole sequence. Just don't care for that noise. After the cold start, I think the midpipe sounds great. Happy with the purchase overall.

Is there a way to code the cold start off or perhaps shorten it? I love my PSI mid pipe after the coldstart.

I've had this midpipe for a bit more than 1 year now. The sound is incredible, it's great. Combined with valve controller, when in sport+ modes and open valves, I think the car is amazing.

I have 1 big complaint however, it relates to cold start, but I think worse. When car turns on even after cold start calms down, for the first 1-2min it seems, the midpipe vibrates / rattles against the heat shield. The vibration isn't huge, but it is strong enough that when hitting the thin / tin heat shield, the noise is really unpleasant. I've tried to re-tighten all bolts, etc, but no real help. Ultimately I suspect this comes down slightly to fitment issues - the midpipe fit is just imperfect by design and creates this problem.

All that said, after the first 1-2min the car sounds glorious.
