My parents had a 1982 e21 320i. It was one of our family cars when I was a kid. I didn't get to drive my own until I bought a 1992 e36 325i.

1973 2002. It was a test drive at a pot lot. I'll never forget that drive; I was hooked from that point on. I didn't buy it... it was blowing a lot of blue smoke. I ended up with a one year old 1984 318i a few years later.

E36 Dinan M3 in summer of 1999, it was a college buddies car, wanna say it was a 94'... Alpine White with Black Leather interior... know for sure it had the Dinan supercharger, intake, exhaust, cant recall if the suspension was upgraded...

1996 Jet Black 318ti sport. Put 94,000 miles on it and sold it in 2000 when I moved to Chicago in and had an outdoor parking space I couldn’t get out of when it snowed. My wife still doesn’t appreciate what I sacrificed for her.

Afterwards only Volkswagen before I fell in love with the E46 design. That car made me a sticky customer

For me, my parents bought a 2003 325i back in '04. First ever BMW in our family, sort-of our introduction into middle class territory. I wasn't of age to drive it, but I still had a few short runs with it. Funny enough, it's still in our family 14 years later.

Damn fantastic car in every single way.
