VSC Controller programmable to remote?

Does anyone know if/how I can program the small remote supplied by VSC to a garage remote remote so that I can clip it to the visor mount and make it more accessible?
and no, I don't have any more space on the homelink to put 2 of them there.

You can, just program it the same way you would a garage door clicker

I just have the open on the home link. No need for closer as my default is closed so the valves close themselves when I turn the car off. Maybe that'll work or have you used up all 3 home links for garages?
