2023 G80 M3 Comp Xdrive allocation-Brooklyn Grey
Hello all! I’ve acquired an allocation for a 2023 Brooklyn Grey with Fiona red extended merino leather interior. Executive package, driver assistance package, shadow line headlights, laser LED headlights, m drive pro, standard (non carbon) seats, 826 bi color wheels, red calipers etc. The car will be sold at MSRP of $89,9xx plus your applicable taxes and dealer fees. This allocation has completed production and is awaiting shipping at port in Germany, so the car should arrive in the coming weeks in the US. This allocation is done through Hendricks BMW in North Carolina and would include the performance delivery experience. You fly in, get a tour of the production facility and museum, and also get to do some auto cross in and M3/4 along with off-roading in a X3M I believe. I have documentation from the dealer of my deposit and the order brochure, can put you in touch with the sales rep as well. As you likely know, ordering on your own will take about a year. With used 2022’s going for around $100 and up to 120k, you’d be getting a brand new 23 with the new interior screen and iDrive8 for about the same cost as used. My only reason for listing is that the spec i really want is Brooklyn/Dravit grey with Kyalami orange with Carbon bucket seats. Feel free to reach out via pm, i can provide all documentation and build sheet |

He has the allocation meaning the car is his build I think. He doesn't want to take delivery because he pays taxes. Car is probably 2 months out also. so you would still have to wait?

15k but PCD is included !
Does the dealer know your trying to profit off their allocation? All anyone should pay is whatever deposit you may have put down.

It's interesting how allocations seem to have no cash value, but it isn't a stretch for a car on the ground to have a $15-25K premium.
OP, you're probability better off just listing the car once it arrives. Plenty of people willing to pay for instant gratification.

Get a grip guys, I’m not asking anything insane or doing something a dealer wouldn’t do…go try and order a C8 Z06 right now, some dealers are $50-100k over which is nuts. Watch what they sell for second hand though once they hit the streets. I WANT an M3, just wish the one I got was orange interior. But I’ll happily take delivery of this one at msrp and laugh when a dealer gives me $10k over sticker on trade in if i decide to get rid of it. The used car market is NOT changing anytime soon with supply chain and logistic delays |

It’s my allocation now, deposit paid. I confirmed with dealer it can be transferred in to anyones name. If they tell me I’m not able to sell my spot, which I’m not sure they can, I won’t.

Allocations are flowing now. No one is waiting a year or paying over msrp if they spend a second to look around. |

Keep you opinions to yourself, you obviously don’t understand the used car market right now and what some people are willing to pay in order not to wait. And as I’ve said before, $15k was a starting point, I’m open to a lower offer. For example, someone is fine paying $7-10k over msrp of $90 and with tax they are at $102k for a brand new 23…and there are dealers marking them up. Also another post today on G80 group of a dealership having one land today and asking $15k over. I’ve seen one portimao blue 23 on a dealer lot, listed for $102k. So please stop…you don’t like it, don’t buy it |

It's ok. You're greedy and trying to take advantage of someone. We all see it. You don't even have the car and have no control over when it will actually be delivered. You better hope if someone forks over your ridiculous adm the car doesn't sit at the US port waiting to be released. Curious what Hendrick would do if I called them up, told them what you're up to, and offered 5k over msrp for your car….. |

This must be your first build. Hendrick owns the car right now, not you. If they agree to sell it to someone else, you're SOL. You can't demand delivery because it's not yours. |

I’ll accept that point partially, but with deposit paid and VIN number assigned assume i could get buyers order completed, which i have already have with the quoted price. Regardless of whether I’ve ordered a bmw before or not, other sought after cars where people have reservations or allocations change hands all the time at a cost. If Hendrick doesn’t allow it, so be it I’ll purchase the car

OP, I don't think you can do this. I would think that if you don't buy it, then the dealership would go down their waitlist. I feel like you're have to buy it and then sell it which would eat into your profits.

You may be right, and if that’s the case fine..I’m actively looking for the prefect spec, if not I’ll get this and try to swap seats for carbon buckets
