WOW, the rear 3/4 angle shows off pretty much perfect dimensions. I also think this looks really good without a crazy diffuser. Keep it simpler back there, please. Reminds me a bit of of the E90.

The G8x front-end continues to be the most frustrating thing in the history of my auto enthusiasm.... the S58 is an amazing engine and from what I've seen the G8x platform is an unbelievably rewarding driving experience.
I'm really trying to figure out a way to get on board, and if the G81 has a USA release I might have to pull the trigger on it. A little black wrap might do the trick but I'd have to see it in person first on someone else's G8x.

It costs a shit-ton of money and resources to bring a car to the US market with the crazy amount of regulations here.
I can see why they're hesitant, with most Americans opting for a boring crossover instead of a wagon. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed though that they bring it over. Maybe then Alpina will bless us with this beast.
