Great pics, awesome car, thanks to share!
Waiting for my M4 xDrive just same spec as yours, same rims, interior and exterior.
I will post a bunch of pics as soon as it arrives!

I never really considered this color until this generation and its all thanks to this thread. The base wheels really work well with this color too, getting 219M and 513M vibes with them.

So I went back and looked at some old F80 threads regarding Tanz....man, I'm not sure if it's my mind/eyes playing tricks on me, but it looks more blue on the F80 cars than the current gen, which has more "purple" IMO.

A lot of it I'm sure has to do with picture quality and all that. I know it's just the paint supplier that's been changed, but you could have fooled me.

Maybe the more "purple" you see is due to "II" designation

Doesn't look like you have silverstone, but exterior-wise you have what I ordered; any chance you could post a pic of the side straight-on? I'd appreciate it; great pics!

Second this. I have ordered the exact same spec with xDrive and Kyalami Carbon buckets. These are the nicest images I have seen of the Tanzanite blue yet.

Congrats on your TBII/Tartufo M3Comp! I just decided to order one myself, in AWD with that color combo, with bi-color 825Ms. After looking through all these images, I’m switching from blue to red calipers for a little pop of color.

I'm excited to see your build! I like the design off the 826 but the brightness of the 825. Was a touch decision.

Good call on red. This spec is almost so "luxurious" that the red reminds you it's a sports car.

First post! Tanzanite blue has to be my favorite color of any car I've owned. Spacers were an easy add, as with the color match front reflector from IND.

That stealth wrap has me questioning my plans

Does this colour still pop in dull weather conditions such as in the UK?? I've heard that in cloudy weather it just looks like a dull black most of the time??

No, unfortunately. It looks spectacular in the sun but unremarkable in overcast conditions.

That's true, you don't get the full effect of Tanzanite Blue unless it's in direct sunlight. I see you're trying to decide between this color and Skyscraper Grey, so one other thing I'll mention about Tanzanite is that it's very difficult to maintain. Otherwise, it's a very beautiful color.

I haven't seen SG in person, but I'd say it's a more traditional and safer color, and is likely easier to upkeep. It would be my choice. But if having a color that pops is your priority, Tanzanite fits the bill.

Thanks for that. I think I am slowing swaying towards Tanzanite at the moment. I hoping it will be a decent colour to show offer the rear arches too.
