AWD G8x M3 / M4 AWD build allocations released

Order no 1 in at my dealer today, only issue the lack of black wheels...hopefully will be fixed...very excited and eager to drive it!

Build attached now. Skyscraper over FR. I've never bought a color I had not seen first in the flesh...fingers crossed it works...any feedback on Skyscraper for those that have seen it?

JB4 plus DP and it'll be high 2's all day imho and probably sub 11 sec quarter.

Does production get scheduled by prod numbers? I have a 482XXXX prod number but mine hasn't been scheduled yet

Awesome! Congrats man. I have a production number too but its not scheduled for production yet the bmw website just says order received since Tue. Hope u get those black wheels fixed

Trying to see the color of your seats, are the the KO or FR? I want the KO but another poster said they are in shortage and pushed his build date out to 2022 so he had to swap...

According to genius my car won't start production until 21-23 of this month. Still check every day though lol

still waiting on my dealer to submit my order.. My SA says it is at GM desk and not to worry as my allocation is confirmed because I had placed a deposit back in 2020. Hope he's correct.

Pretty sure it gets scheduled based on capacity checking on your selected options and space in the production schedule. This is why adding/removing certain options can have an impact on your build date.

My Oxide Grey M3 is scheduled for build week 46 (November 15)... I could probably get a earlier build week date if I change the colour but rather not.

In UK we also don't have self tracking (which USA have), but you can track via your BMW centre, or if you have a production number, via BMW Genius Live Chat

I googled for BMW Italy live chat and found this: https://bmwroma.bmw.it/live-chat

Maybe you can try that, you will need your production number though (7 digits)

Called Genius and they said it was scheduled for week 31...Wonder why they don't update the site with this information if the it already exists somewhere

826M black wheels are not available for AWD

Only 3 wheel choices right now

Driving assistant doesn't seem to be a package and not showing up as a standard feature.

Interested in what kind of discounts people are able to secure for the M3 Comp XDrive.

As much as I want to place my order ASAP (#5 spot at my dealer), I will wait on discounts..

I have a Production # but where do I see my Build week?? Also with Xdrive there is no 826 Black wheel option?? Is this just a shortage for now and they will offer in the future? Is it something we can change right at the end to black I don't want the bi-color but I put it for now

UPDATE:

we have been told that you CAN flex a regular allocation to an xDRIVE. we will see how long that last though
