The springs for the M3 are still not available. My Fire Orange G80 goes into production April 19, I hope I can have them port installed by early June when I arrive at port.

May I ask what do you mean by port install? Can you install stuff at port before you actually "buy" the car?

Yes, and you can residualize it into your payment.

My 2016 F80 I had a carbon fiber trunk spoiler installed at the dealership. They added it to the price of my car. I "residualized it" since it was factored into the sales price and whatever the residual price was after my lease.

In europe they installed alcantara wheel for Free when i ordered IT at dealership. Installation tok 45 min including Shift pads.

Steering wheel is fairly easy, removing the trunk flooring to disconnect the battery and feeling for the springs to remove the airbag are the hardest parts. I'm thinking you'd have to take off the bumper cover to install the CF breather. The price on that piece is definitely nice, though, I was expecting more, would really make me question getting the full carbon package.

Sell out? Like a limited run of them? then no, but supply could be hampered due to covid or whatever and that could prevent you from getting them installed at port or thereafter.

The exterior carbon pack seems absurdly priced to me at $US4.7k for a few random bits of carbon on the exterior. Interior carbon is basically 1/5 of that price, and it's even more expensive than the carbon bucket seats
