Unpopular opinion but I find the yellow DRL looks pretty good on these headlights compared to the normal color. I feel like it will end up growing on a lot of folks

I agree with you. It's not traditional, but neither were the grills. I love my lasers, but I really like these already. White or yellow both look great to me. Sales wont slow down because of it.

Tacked on screen on the dash is what kills it for me. If they had gone back to a digital analog layout with updated graphics beautifully molded into the dashboard, they would have nailed it.

I gave this feedback to BMW when they asked about yellow or white DRL, "why not both?"

They're LEDs, you should be able to select the color in idrive just like the interior.

Oh how things change. Back in the E9x days everyone was complaining about how the DRLs were “too yellow”. All kinds of third party ways to get them to be more white, more cool.

Now yellow is in again. I don’t like them.

Even with the CS yellow treatment, I still like the pre-LCI lights better on the regular G8x cars but even more on the CS and CSL.
