The e90 steering wrapped looks realy good, plus im sure you could buy your own stitching wire to add some color (blue/ red).
Might try this out in a while.

Looks cool. I can't imagine the quality would be great for $75 though.

+1

This would also look good if you buy the Alcantara wheel trim but the only problem is that there will be a small gap between the trim and wheel. Would 'almost' look like the performance steering wheel lol. Just add a yellow or blue band/tape at the top center ROFL!

But too bad I don't have that 'thumb bump' or I would've tried this. =)

I just bought this, with ///m tricolor stitching for my E91. Cheap mod and well worth the time if it looks ok. I'm not expecting it to look as good as an Individual trim wheel or anything, but I'm not dishing out huge money for something like that either.

This should just make my wheel a little more comfy!

Some pics when you've got it installed would be nice! Hope it comes out well.

So I received this product and was thoroughly impressed with the fit and the materials. It took about 90 minutes to sew up, including 10 trips into my PC in the house to review the video to make sure I did it right. It came out really well, the actually sewing was pleasurable and very satisfying.

If I had one beef, it would be that the wrap starts / stops at the 12 o'clock position. The ultimate would be to have it overlay the 10 and 2 positions, but I really cinched the fabric down and it doesn't leave much of a bump.

I drove around today and was in heaven with the soft material.

Late last night I wrapped the soft-touch black area in the CF trim wrap that the rest of the dash is wrapped in.. and I'm not a fan. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it. I don't have a pic of it yet, but I'll grab one to get opinions.

Ignore the salt stains. They're from baby jesus's tears, who cries every time he sees the salt stains. It's a vicious circle.

Nice job, it looks great! Did the seller make the cover with red stitching instead of the white in the store picture?

To be clear, the white stitching is only for demonstration purposes. The stitching is usually black. I asked about the M color stitch and he'd already done one in those colors, so it was no problem, nor an extra charge.

Drove again later today... the carbon on the wheel is growing on me. But the wrap is excellent. I'm very tempted to try a yellow stripe on the wheel lol. It will be massively ricey. No fucks are giving.

looks pretty good... i'd give it a try if more become available.

Edit: I contacted the seller and they are relisting the sport wheel wrap this afternoon.

Ehh looks okay, IMO I'd rather spend $100 more and have the whole thing done by Coby Wheel

You would add a stripe, or buy a new wrap with the stripe on it?

Sorry, I never followed up on this. The wrap has held up amazingly well and still looks as good as it did when I first installed it. Sorry I never took more pics.

I was looking at the above pic closely because that's the day I lost one of my car keys too. Argh.

Dang, doesn't look bad at all. Wish they would make the alcantra come all the way up to the steering wheel trim. It would look so much better.

That looks pretty good....wish I could see it in person. I also wish it wrapped inside the steering wheel trim for a more finished look.
