Sottozero II vs PA4

Looking to finalize my purchase for winter tires (on stock rims) and I'd like some opinions on 2 options :

Option 1: Sottozero II at stock size

Option 2 : PA4 at 265/35R19 (for some reason 1010tires says they're not produced/available in 275?), which results in a 1.1% rolling diameter variation.

PA4's from 1010tires.com are 300 CAD cheaper than the Sottozero II from my local shop.

Looking for some opinions on stretching the tire + different rolling diameter vs the better performing (and cheaper) PA4. Is it worth it to save money AND get better performance, or should I stick with the Sottozero at stock size?

Thanks.

I am not familiar with the PA4, but am planning on putting PA5’s on my winter wheels.

You are correct that the 275/35R19’s are not as easy to find. But at least with the PA5’s they are available at the dealership and Walmart in that size. So it’s just a matter of looking around.

I did not want to deviate from OEM sizes, so this was important to me.

Have you considered the PA5? Isn’t it the newer design?

I'm in Canada, we'll probably get the PA5's when the PA6's are out

The options I listed are really the only ones I have.

Isn't the pzero winter the appropriate competitor for the PA5?

I've had PA4 on my F90 CP and they perform well in northern Virginia winter. Snow traction is good for the type of tire and solid in the slush.
