Downpipes no tune

Who is running downpipes with no tune and how has it been? We all know by now we can trick the O2 sensor and keep from having a CEL, but what about over boost issues? Anybody seeing this or anything else that may be making the ECU lose its mind?

no overboost issues with running downpipes without a tune. In fact, the car will perform exactly the same even with a check engine light.

Nope its not losing its mind but, the ecu compensates by running slightly less boost as it can now make the targeted hp and tq easier.

Some form of tune is a good idea if more power is what you are after.

That more or less answers the question. No power added with downpipes and no tune, just audible change. I will wait until I can get my ECU unlocked and put downpipes on it then. I'd much rather run catless downpipes.

Thanks!

Don't forget more pops and bangs is always a plus.
