Smoke from exhaust when cold
Hi guys,
So when the temperature outside is somewhat cold, whenever I accelerate my g80 I leave huge white smoke behind me that so thick as if I did a fat burnout. I've been in the service and have been told that it's "normal" for this car, but was wondering if anyone else had the same thing happen For the record i have '22 model and my buddy with '21 model has the same "issue" Last edited by sob2137; 03-10-2023 at 04:52 AM.. |

some water vapor is normal as condensation forms in the exhaust as it cools after your last drive but eventually that should burn off.
if your car is up to operating temperature and it looks like you are doing a burnout then that is not normal. if other cars around you are doing it (not just your buddy) then it's condensation/weather. |
