Feeler: considering selling/lease takeover 335i
Got a smokin deal on a 335i last March. How good? LOADED 335i sedan (Sport, Premium, Cold Weather pkgs, sirius, steptronic, paddles) Montego Blue / Black / Alum interior. Black OEM 189s with Eagle F1 A/S tires (rear both brand new, front 8/32 tread). The lease incl KY taxes is $580/month for a 15k mi/yr lease. I have only driven 15k miles in 19 months, leaving a lease of 17 months and 30k miles left (or over 1764 miles/month). The current payoff is $36,130.53, and end of lease buyout is $28,239.95 (not sure if that number includes the multiple security deposits I have down $4800). So the opportunity would be for someone who wants an awsome car for 17 months and a TON of miles with little risk, and the opportunity to buy it at a guaranteed price at lease end. The question is how much is reasonable to ask to take over the lease? The next closest lease on swapalease is $608/mo with only 1000 miles / mo left. The only reason I am considering moving it is because I have too many cars in the garage at present, and can easily use the 135 as a daily driver (most of which is to and from the airport).
