This can be done through Bimmer utility guys super easy to do use the following
Coding out the Side marker Lamps G82 M4
go to FLM2 - there is a Left and Right Side so you will have to do both - Search : " Duty "
you will see the following

LM03_DUTY_CYCLE_BINNING_CLASS1 through 4 - you need to change the Values from Wert_2( C8) to Wert_1(00) to all of them

and there you go side marker lamp deleted

Hey guys, sure is not the right forum for me because I own an e70, after a google search I came across this.

So, I'm a curious dumb guy and I've tried to update my EGS module with WinKFP. everything went good until 100% but after I got a few permission errors wich I suppose they came because I was not using a battery charger at the moment and my EGS module is locked. I got status 6 message on IMPA. My EGS is not bricked (yet) but it went on a "limp-mode" , I can still access it but can't reset it or get it back to working state. Got a battery charger now and before I try to flash it again I was wondering if the EGS reset module on Protool would do the job thru OBD. Reset it back to its original state. At the moment I can start the car but no gearbox at all and the fans work full gas.

I would be eternally grateful for some cool tips to make my whale back on the road again.

You could ask the protool team about this, I would reckon they have more experience on that platform than us.

Hey. I've done that, thanks, they just confirmed my fear, it has to be done with WinKFP, i guess ill charge the battery full, then with the cables plugged ill give it another try.
