I'm thinking about getting the new Model 3 P for daily use. Awaiting for test drive next week.
OP, did you get a refund $250 after you cancelled your order or you had to eat up the cost? |

In fact, in the order agreement Tesla has inserted a bunch of new language that I wasn’t aware of in my first two orders, including being on the hook for the delivery cost- assume this is if the car has shipped, but not clear in the language. I didn’t incur the delivery cost, just the non-refundable order fee. But this language would make me think twice in the future. I don’t plan on ordering a Tesla again. |

Whether you hate Tesla or not, the fact that the “performance” model is now actually performance focused (adjustable suspension, forged wheels, etc.) is a huge leap forward.
The “old” Model 3 Performance held its own without these improvements, so it will be very interesting to see how things unfold here.
