When I was single I owned a GT-R and rented an apartment. When i got married and wife got pregnant in 2018 I decided to sell my GT-R since it was paid off and put a down payment on a house. Best decision I ever made cus my wife was super supportive and once we settled in and had massive equity in our home she pushed me to get my G82. So definitely own a home first and once you are ready buy your car my friend.
