I heard at least 4k € for the AWD in Germany (not officially confirmed). So I donīt know the market specific pricing setup but I would guess at least 4-6k USD and even more 6-8k CAD for AWD. Hope it is less for sure...
Here's most of the data we know to date (U.S.) that helps us try to predict how much M xDrive (AWD) will cost on the G80 (& G82):

2/3/4 series: xDrive adds +$2,000 over the equivalent RWD model
5 series: xDrive adds +$2,300 over the equivalent RWD model
7 series: xDrive adds +3,000 over the equivalent RWD model
8 series: xDrive adds +2,900 over the equivalent RWD model

==> looking at the above data my guess is M xDrive on the G80/G82 would cost +$3k to +4k over RWD

Also when comparing M5C vs. X5MC pricing:
M5C starts at $111,100
X5MC starts at $114,100
The X series is positioned at +$3,000 higher than an M5C (not looking at what comes as standard equipment in this vs. that)

When comparing M3C RWD vs. X3MC pricing:
M3C RWD starts at $72,800
X3MC starts at $76,900 ($4,100 higher than the M3C RWD)
One would think based on the M5C vs. X5MC data that the M3C M xDrive would not be positioned higher than the X3MC!

==> based on this logic my guess is M xDrive on the G80/G82 would cost +$3k to +4k over RWD

But who knows what BMW is thinking I'll be really pissed off if BMW tries to sell us M xDrive at >$4k on the G80/G82! That'll probably steer me away from buying one
