In genereal, do you have to book the ferries in advance, e.g. Port Townsend - Coupeville Ferry and do they have enough ground clearance? Thinking of making it to the coast fairly early in and then taking the 101 West/ South |
Definitely you need a reservation on weekends for that ferry. You can check the tide, ground clearance can be an issue at low tide for sure on the coupeville side. Sometimes they cancel the ferry due to it.
