This is my thought. It's a great daily, and it's the whole point of the car.

If I needed a weekend only car, would have gotten a 718 GTS.

Also, if the last few years taught us anything, enjoy every second you have - life's to short to be concerned about trade in values or gas. (This is not meant to be undermine the value of a dollar or anything, but assuming a few extra gallons of premium per week and residuals are not a financial burden)
