Same thing happened with my wife's 2020 GLC43 AMG coupe. She broke a windshield within the first 500 miles after taking delivery, and couldn't get a replacement for over a month and a half.
About the carbon buckets, comfort wasn't an issue with me when I tried them out, but I felt the padding in the lower seat portion was very thin, and was concerned about my ass falling asleep on a long trip. I also was concerned about too much "road feel" from the buckets and the fatigue you can get from it on long trips as well. The carbon buckets are definitely more confining than the Sport seats, and I get a little fidgety after a couple hours on the road. |
