The sticker only shows the equipment on the car as it is delivered. In the US, 6MT comes with 18/19 as standard, but can be "upgraded" to the 19/20 comp wheels.
For winter, you could use the same spec as the summer tires, but winter tire options are limited and it can be difficult to find a staggered set up with winter tires that perfectly match the OEM summer specs in two different sizes. That is why I went the route described above. There are more options available for all-seasons.
The recommended winter option from BMW is their winter wheel and tire set which is 19" on all four wheels: 829M, with different width rims for the front and back, and the same 275/35/19 tires on all 4 rims.
