Just to share, I have owned quite a few BMWs in my lifetime starting with the E9x series and through the family brand. Of the last generation F8x models, I had owned the 2014 in apline white and again in 2017 in black. I currently drive a 2020 M340i.

In my opinion, I feel exactly the same - I love the look of the new M3. And while I'm honest, all my favorite M3 builds have been coupe; but this generation, I found the sedan to be more appealing to me, looks-wise. Personally, I am disappointed of the shoulder line of the 2021 M4, but doesn't hurt to have 2 extra doors.

Obligatory picture of my last M-car I had owned (which was 2017 M4). I cannot wait to buy the new M3 xDrive variant.
