I've ordered several times from ECS and I only had one issue, which I'll describe below, that I contacted them about and never got a response. I guess they don't give a hoot.
Last year I ordered
this kit and serviced my DCT. The only issue, as you can see on the kit description, is that it lists the filter as a DSG. I thought it was a misprint. That, is not the correct filter, and it's almost identical except for the tiny lip on the rear. That lip prevented me from inserting the filter fully in order to seal the cap and locking ring. It was a major pain to deal with but I finally used a dremel to cut down the lip and was able to get it installed.
I hoped that they would fix this issue, but here you can see it is unchanged.
