Agreed with the above.
Additionally you should keep in mind the M Driver's Package raises the speed limiter, but doesn't add any horsepower. Whereas a tune does raise power and optionally (usually does) raises or deletes the speed limiter. So, along with the sound logic above, it's not an apples to apples comparison.
