Stop sale doesn't show up on mybmw. You can call Genius when your car has been dispatched from the factory to find out about the stop sale. It may take couple of days after it has been dispatched from factory for the stop sale to show up. You can call your dealer as well.
Adding less tech lowers your chances for having a stop sale, but if it's a standard item like the audio system then you're out of luck.

Exactly. The G80 shares an assembly line with regular 3 Series sedans and wagons which don’t have the Harman Kardon stereo as standard (and, depending on market, may not even have it as an option). So those cars which aren’t equipped with h/k aren’t subjected to the RAM stop sale.
To your point, BGM-M3COMP, your car isn’t optioned with Parking Assistance Package, so it won’t be subjected to the other stop sale related to cameras and/or processor module that are constrained.
